A pool lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety of swimmers, enforcing pool 

rules, and responding to emergencies while maintaining a clean and enjoyable 

environment.

 

Monitor Pool Area: Supervise swimmers to ensure their safety and adherence to pool rules and regulations.

Emergency Response: Quickly respond to emergencies, including performing 

rescues and administering first aid and CPR when necessary.

Enforce Rules: Enforce all pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe swimming 

environment.

Maintain Cleanliness: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the pool 

area, including regular cleaning and water testing.

Provide Swim Instruction: Occasionally provide swim lessons or assist in organizing swimming activities and events.

Report Incidents: Document and report any incidents or accidents that occur in the 

pool area to the management.

Requisitos laborales
