We are looking for a PLC Software Engineer to strengthen our Headquarters team. The employee will be placed within the software design team related to machine controls and supervision and will be responsible for the following activities: - Development of PLC / HMI programs for the management of Piovan machines based on the specifications received; - SW testing and machine testing during the set-up phase in the company.

Requisitos laborales

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a technical field (preferably Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering or Computer Science).
At least 5 years' experience in the role using automation programming languages on commercial PLC platforms (IEC 61131/ST, Siemens, B&R, Rockwell).
Fair experience in industrial fieldbuses (Profibus/Profinet, Modbus-TCP, Powerlink, CANOpen, OPC-UA).
Good knowledge of the English language and willingness to travel abroad for short periods.
Good knowledge of electromechanical and/or mechatronic systems, resourcefulness, organisational and analytical skills, and aptitude for teamwork complete the profile.

Requisitos deseables

A provenance from companies operating in the industrial automation and/or automatic control sector will be an advantage.
