- Must be able to work with 3 gluing machines type:BOBST, Heidelberg gluing machine Diana, Vega
- Must be able to set the parameters of machine in order to glue little wrapping boxes of all sizes, mostly for the pharmaceutical sector
- Must be able to install conveyor belts in order to glue small surfaces on boxes, to glue them together into the final boxes (millimeterwork)
- Box to be wrapped, has a shape according to the codes (read by the computer and set by the operator)
- Must be able to put in the right parameters into the computer screen, (linked to the Bobst or Heidelberg gluing machine)
- Must be able to put in these parameters according to VALCO control equipment and/or also HHS control equipment
- Must be able to perform constantly check-ups of these machines
- Must be able to avoid mixing up of boxes of different weight (e.g. 10 or 15 mg can’t be mixed)
- Must be able to control large series during the day – must be stress resistant and keep the deadlines (sometimes large serie can be monotonous - 8 hours the same serie, sometimes he will have to exchange 20 times the same machine for 20 different orders during 1)
- fully legal long term employment according to Belgian law
- salary from 14.00€ gross/h depending on the experience and skills
- organization of accommodation (payable 65€/week)
- free access to the Internet in the accommodation
- social bonuses according to Belgian law
- Few years of experience as an operator of gluing machine
- Technical knowledge/experience required
- At least communicative English, Dutch or French
- Commitment to the performed tasks
- Willing to engage in a long term employment
