Operational Team Leader
Function:
- Coordination of a multipurpose team, which is distributed by different concepts (terrace, balcony, restaurant) in various physical spaces;
- Coordination of work schedule and vacation of employees;
- Identification of training needs;
- Support in the processes of recruitment and selection of human resources;
- Coordination of orders, stocks and monthly inventories;
- Training and monitoring the implementation of procedures;
- Monitoring the operation, definition and correction of improvement points;
- Organization of work teams and practical support to the operation;
- Other functions inherent in the coordination of catering activities.
Profile:
- Experience in catering customer service (eliminatory)
- Minimum experience of 2 years in coordination and team leadership (elimination)
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays, on a rotating scale and opening and closing times (eliminatory) - Fluent in English (eliminatory)
- Category B driving license (eliminatory)
- hands on job operational aspect and support to the teams
- Good presentation and communication skills
Schedule Full-Time: Between 9am and 8pm, 40 hours / week, 8 hours / day on a 4/2 scale
