The nurse guarantees assistance and services to respond to the needs of the assisted persons deriving from the pathological condition, psychological conditions and socio-cultural habits.

Applies the diagnostic-therapeutic procedures prescribed in accordance with current legislation and the deontological standards of the profession.

Plans and implements nursing services directly or with assistance operators, promoting personalized nursing assistance.

Correctly use the procedures and protocols present in the operational reality, observing the principles of protection and safety for the guest and the worker, also with the use of aids and PPE.

Knows and applies all the provisions of Legislative Decree 81/2008.

Ensures the custody, control and expiration of medicines and medical material in accordance with company regulations and procedures.

Collaborates with team members and the medical team in decisions regarding clinical diagnostic guidelines.

Check deliveries and view the nursing diary.

Ensures the confidentiality of all guest information.

The nurse: reports to the nursing coordinator or head nurse; is part of the nursing team; collaborates with other nurses, doctors, assistance operators, physiotherapists, educators and other healthcare and healthcare profiles.

  • Language knowledge: Italian A2
