Mechanic – student level, basic maintenance (level 3)
We are looking for mechanics for our Lempäälä and Vantaa locations.
As a mechanic, you primarily focus on the maintenance and repair tasks of machines which Wihuri imports (John Deere, Doosan, Linde, Mecalac) from forklifts to diggers and tractors. Working with your hands comes naturally to you, and you don't dislike information technology and working with different terminals. Your goal is to help the customer perform their work efficiently and profitably.
What you’ll do
You’ll work primaly with basic maintenance (periodical maintenance).
What we expect from you
- This is our entry level position so you needn’t be fully trained mechanic.
You need to have basic level understanding of diesel motors and work machinery’s technology. - You need to have driving license (level B), but other licenses are viewed as bonus (e.g. level C or forklift)
- You can use a computer to list you your work hours and write maintenance reports (Finnish/English).
- You have understanding of working safely and how to lift properly(ergonimocs), but we can provide training for this.
- Sufficient language skills (Finnish or English) to communicate at work and write maintenance reports
