Lean Transformation Expert

You will become part of an inspiring working and learning environment and will act in a dynamic high-exposure area, where we will rely on you to lead, consult and advise managers in both manufacturing, supply chain and administrative areas. Your key responsibilities will be: •Manage and train dedicated teams during transformation projects of 4-16 weeks •Train shop floor employees, engineers and leaders in using specific Danfoss Power Solutions Lean tools and standards •Obtain tangible results in terms of optimised safety, quality, delivery and cost •Implement a structure to sustain improvements •Drive a culture of performance and continuous improvement Solid communication and cooperation skills and Lean expertise You come with a relevant educational background (e.g. a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent) and exhaustive full-time Lean expert experience in a manufacturing environment. You have been driving Lean projects in large or medium-sized companies, and you are used to depending on your well-developed analytical and communication skills to make things happen. You have an ability to connect with and coach people at all levels, and you come with a high level of ambition, performance orientation and a sound track record of driving continuous improvement activities. Finally, you are fluent in English and prepared to enter into a truly international position that requires extensive travel activities (up to 70% of the time).
