About this job



The iOS and Android engineer will contribute to the architecture and lead the development of issuu's cutting-edge native applications, changing the way people experience issuu in the mobile environment.

Role & Responsibilities•Participate in driving the overall architecture of issuu’s native apps

•Build exciting new experiences on our iOS and Android clients

•Work closely with the Product, Design and Engineering teams

•Conduct design and code reviews





Requirements



•Minimum of three years of proven industry experience

•Ability to innovate and partner with designers to build multiple prototypes quickly

•Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience

•Strong iOS and/or Android app development experience

•Experience releasing successful mobile applications to the Apple App Store or Android Marketplace

•Excellent object-oriented programming skills in Objective-C and Java

•Experience tuning performance of client applications

•Passion for delivering great user experiences

•Strong communication and documentation skills

•Experience in Windows app development is a plus

•Work residence in DK/EU
