We enable a wind-powered future

At our office in Ikast, you will become part of our Service department with 50 employees. Here, you will head a growing team of app. 6 skilled electrical engineers and technicians. Based in Denmark and Poland, we are responsible for servicing our customers with electrical service panels and kits for wind turbines globally.

Our customers are some of the leading wind turbine manufacturers and owners in the world, and we do our utmost to deliver high-quality service within green technology that fit our customers’ needs and exceed their expectations – every time.

Help set the direction for service engineering

As our senior manager, you will form the management team together with our Vice President for Service Engineering. Together, you set the future direction for the department and look into electrical panel design and a growing digitalisation of our product line, which takes up a more and more crucial role in our solutions.

As such, your role will be highly versatile as you will both mange your team on a day-to-day basis, carry out project management in collaboration with our PMO and engage with customers.

More specifically, you will:

  • Lead, motivate and develop your team to make them perform their very best
  • Engage with our customers and be responsible for preparation and follow-up on quotes
  • Participate in meetings with our sales teams and the customer to clarify needs and expectations
  • Steer projects to make sure we keep deadlines and have a sound project economy and efficient project execution
  • Develop and maintain a functional strategy plus operational, tactical and strategic action plans for your team

Innovative manager with a solid electrical foundation

We are looking for technically savvy manager who has the ability to set a direction and lead a team – also from the distance. You are outgoing and can easily engage with customers and make them feel comfortable. Moreover, you can juggle different tasks at the same time and keep track of changing priorities.

We also imagine that you:

  • Have minimum 3 years of experience as a people manager and have experience managing projects
  • Bring a solid electrical background as an electrical engineer, marine engineer, electrician or similar and have experience working with electrical systems
  • Might have experience within the wind turbine industry but is not a requirement – alternatively, you have experience with marine control systems, large industrial applications with electrical panels design or control systems
  • Might have experience with digital service products
  • Have the flexibility to travel around 1 week every second month (post-COVID-19) to visit your team members in Poland
  • Are ready to join a team on an exciting growth journey
  • Speak and write English effortlessly
