Join us as the next Junior Cloud Specialist.

What will you do:

• Provide basic support to configuration and usage of the purchased cloud solution. This includes, implementation service, guiding and training on the access of the portal.  

• Collaborate with and escalate to highly skilled technicians with in-depth knowledge on particular ACS product or service.

• Put your solution hat on and provide options while educating the customer on different ways to resolve the issue.

You are good fit for the role if you:

• Are fluent in Italian and advanced skills in English are required.

• Enjoy learning all things cloud and technology.

• Are good at communicating with diverse people from different backgrounds.

• Prefer working in a success-driven team.

• Have a good eye for details and are proactively looking for a solutions.
