Junior Civil Engineer – Planner
The Junior Planner will support the planning and monitoring of construction activities at the Ancona site. Responsibilities include developing work schedules, defining resources and timelines, tracking progress and costs, and identifying deviations from the plan. The role requires close collaboration with site teams and proactive problem-solving to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop the work schedule, defining the activities and resources necessary to meet the project requirements;
- Define the execution timelines for the various planned activities;
- Monitor the progress of the work and the measurement of costs;
- Monitor deviations between the work schedule and actual progress, prepare reports, and propose any corrective actions to the site management.
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in planning complex infrastructure construction sites
- Proficiency in Primavera, Thilos, and Microsoft Project
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team, interacting with all site departments
- Autonomy, problem-solving attitude, and strong results orientation
- Good knowledge of Italian and English (minimum B1 level)
