Junior Business & Finance Analyst (Power BI) - Milestone

The role:

The Junior Business Analyst role is targeted at entry level candidates and is the first step into a senior financial role. The team is on a transformation journey from traditional accounting and controlling tasks towards a Business Partnering approach with a high degree of involvement in commercial related activities and acting as trusted partners to key executives.

As Junior Business Analyst you will play a pivotal role in bringing Power BI to the next level and the responsibilities entails:

• Report development
• Maintenance of reports
• Support and training of users
• Documentation / process descriptions
• Contribute to a Milestone Power BI Strategy
• Support global Power BI adoption
• Data analysis

You will be expected to collaborate on promoting one set of numbers amongst the regions and encourage global involvement and general collaboration globally on Power BI.

Qualifications and educational requirements:

• A degree in MSc or similar level of education – preferably within a finance related area
• 1-3 years of working experience in Finance, e.g. as a junior controller or the like  
• Understanding of Financial reporting
• Basic understanding of Databases
• Experience with Business Processes (execution and documentation)
• Experience with Power BI is preferred
