Accenture is looking for a Finnish and Swedish speaking recent graduate to join our team as a Junior Accounts Payable Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for starting your career with one of the world´s leading global companies while working in the vibrant capital of Czech Republic located in the heart of Europe.
Responsibilities
- Cases resolution for complicated invoices
- Reconciliation and analysis of the accounts balances at the end of the month
- Language Support Workflows in SAP
- Debt collection (collection, verification, follow up, posting)
- Follow up on account statements and other discrepancies regarding payment of invoices, and serve as liaison between client and vendors in the resolution of issues and inquiries
- Maintaining logs, enter and balance account data, and generate statistical summary reports
- Actively participates in quality improvements and identifying opportunities for process improvements
Are you the person we are looking for?
- Fluency in Finnish and Swedish (and English)
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for numbers
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
- Team player
- Bachelor´s degree and basic knowledge of accounting is preferable, but not a must
- Previous experience working with SAP and/or Excel is a plus but not a requirement
