Your tasks
- Delivery and management of high-quality applications/solutions including business analysis, implementation, testing, documentation, operation control and technical support of development and system integration.
- Co-ordinate the work of the Service Desk team (currently 3 member)
- IT Service Desk management planning and delivery
- Perform regular review of the IT Service Desk services organising regular IT Service review meetings with both our customers and service providers
- Manage IT Service Desk vendor(s) regarding supplies and requirements
- Preparation, maintenance, review and update process of the IT Service Desk related contracts
- Application related life-cycle management
- Manage the production and test environment in strict cooperation with various vendors and support teams both on local and international level
- Co-ordinate all functions needed to develop, deploy, maintain, run and upgrade this application including change
- Test the applications and systems from a business and technical perspective, also develop the business test scenarios/test cases
- Execute ITIL processes on application level

Your skills
- College or University degree in informatics
- At least 3 -5 years of IT management experience
- Thorough knowledge of data processing, telecommunications and computer operations
- ITIL management knowledge
- Strong communication skills written and spoken English needs to be convincing
- People management skills, ability to motivate
- Delegation and coaching skills
- Time management, priority setting, ability to keep deadlines, discipline
- Accurate, focused and proactive working attitude, all according to standards
