Currently, we give support to ALTEN on European level in searching of candidates, mainly for IT/ Telecom and Engineering positions. For one of our clients from telecommunication sector based in Düsseldorf in Germany, we are looking for IT Project Leader. Very high level of German and English is obligatory.
The main responsibilities for this position are:
* Develop the project guidelines and goals, according to the budget and the time limit.
* Create technical strategies in order to accomplish with effectiveness the project objectives.
* Organize schedules and optimize the productivity of the team work.
* Assign responsibilities to team members in concordance with the project priorities.
* Guide every phase of the project with a critical and analytic view.
* Review and reschedule plans if required.
* Guarantee innovation and continuous proposals for the improvement of every technical and administrative dimension.
The following skills are required:
* Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Engineer or Equivalent.
* 3 years of professional experience as a Project Manager in IT projects.
* Fluent German and English are necessary.
* High ability for lead and coordinate.
* Proactive and outstanding in critical and analytical project proposals.
