Do you want to work with IT infrastructure and mobility services? Are you looking for challenges in a global IT function with a high degree of influence on IT Operations/Infrastructure?
Then this position may be your next career step. As our new Infrastructure Specialist you will team up with the Global IT Operations team at Radiometer. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing our IT infrastructure in a global context. You will participate in maintenance and improvements of our server infrastructure to ensure ongoing operations, and at the same time ensure that documentation are updated. The technology focus will primarily be HP, Microsoft, VMware and Citrix.
Radiometer Global IT is globalized with IT functions spread out widely in our subsidiaries around the world. The overall responsibility for IT and IT Security is connected to the IT function at Radiometer Medical's head quarter at Brønshøj, Denmark.
The key success factor for the position is to fulfil the policies for IT by obtaining a tactical and an operational view on the area to ensure organizational implementation.
The job
To become successful, you must thrive in a dynamic environment with many simultaneous tasks and strict deadlines. Your responsibilities will include:
•Conduct daily maintenance and operations within Microsoft, VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, and Server/Storage.
•Analyze gaps between services offered by IT and services requested by the organization.
•Create and maintain systems documentation.
•Implement changes.
•Efficiency in incident and request handling - measured by low number of open incidents/requests, Fast response time, high degree of user satisfaction.
•Ensure documentation update on platforms.
Travel activity up to 10 days per year is to be expected.
Qualifications

•IT administrator with 5+ years of experience, used to working in a complex IT environment.
•A relevant educational background which has provided knowledge in areas such as: IT, system administration, security and quality assurance.
•Experience with:
◦Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware enterprise technologies.
◦Microsoft system centre (SCCM)
◦Server/storage technologies
◦Citrix, SQL
◦Working in an ITIL regulated environment
•A relevant educational background which has provided knowledge in areas such as: IT, system administration. Certified within Microsoft OS, Citrix, and VMware.
•Fluent English is required, written and spoken.
