What We Are Looking For
For the management of the Integration platforms, CM is looking for an experienced Integration
Engineer to strengthen the Integration Platform team. You will become a member of our
Infrastructure Services (IS) department. We are looking for an integration specialist with broad
interests, who can adapt to technology according to needs. Interest in server and storage
management is an added value.
Main Tasks:
Reactive Call Handling:
o 2nd and 3rd line support for technical service calls concerning integration.
o Coordinating problem resolution between various ICT disciplines and 3rd line
support from external suppliers.
o Knowledge management by developing standard procedures for the 1st line.
Installation and support of WildFly application servers.
Management of Software AG tools:
o webMethods API-Gateway (both on-premises and in AWS Cloud).
o Software AG WebMethods universal messaging & B2B (on-premises).
You are willing to work in a 24/7 on-call system (1 week every 6 weeks). Important aspects include:
Reactive follow-up via incident management.
Assisting in resolving performance issues.
Availability and disaster recovery.
Proactive follow-up is done through monitoring, change management, capacity management,
lifecycle management, and service level management.
Team-oriented in finding the most suitable solution.
You have a bachelor's degree in computer science with preferably two years of relevant
experience with integration solutions.
Knowledge and experience with:
o SAG webMethods API Gateway.
o Portal SAG webMethods Universal Messaging & B2B.
o Or similar solutions from other vendors.
You have a DevOps mentality (automation, self-service, delegation).
Experience with Scrum.
You approach your work in a solution- and task-oriented manner.
Able to collaborate multidisciplinary and to organize your work autonomously.
Attention to developing standards and processes.
Willing to work in a 24/7 on-call system (1week every 6 weeks).

o AWX.
o Ansible.
o Terraform.
