Inside Channel Account Manager - Danish Speaker (m/f)
Your main tasks:
-Detect high business opportunities, onboarding and acquiring new partners.
-Manage them through the onboarding process and register them as partners.
-Execute and achieve sales quota and targets.
-Prepare commercial and technical proposals and ensure that such proposals are commercially sound.
-Follow up on new registrations and create relationship in between new reseller and partners with the Client.
-Track, manage and report of the current activity according to the sales plan.
-Assessing opportunities for upgrade the ongoing partners with additional managed services.
-Report the client’s feedback to continuously resolve and improve the system.
-Timely answer for the incoming customers or resellers calls regarding to possible issues, customer inquiries and request for additional services.
-Always focus on driving profitability through proactive management.
Our profile of preference:
-Proficiency in English and one of the following languages: Danish Flemish or Swedish;
-Knowledge of sales CRM’s and Microsoft Office.
-Previous experience of two years in technical sales.
-Knowledge of partners and distributors, in a Channel environment.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Focus on goal achievement using negotiation and teamwork.
-Proactive and ability to work in an independent way to accomplish business goals.
