Linamar Light Metals Ruse EOOD is part of the Canadian corporation LINAMAR and is specialized in the manufacture of complex cast aluminum components for the automotive industry. For its production plant, based in Ruse, the company is looking for motivated and responsible people for the position:

Industrial Engineer 

/Lean orientation/

Responsibilities:

• Ensure perfect acquirement of the project definition, lean specifications and objectives working close with project engineers from engineering equipment department.
• Suggest and lead actions for improvement of safety conditions at work, environmental responsibility and energy performance
• Ensure the integration of the equipment in the general lay-out of the plant taking into account the standard.
• Analyze the project documentation submitted by the project engineers.
• Ensure the communication of any standards’ update.
• Ensure for all the activities to take into account the company systems on quality management.

Requirements:

• Master Engineering education (mechanics or construction engineering, engineering equipment or industrial engineering)
• Familiar with the Lean and/or Six Sigma approach
• Experience on similar position in a production company
• PC skills (MS Office), Auto Cad / Solid Works;
• Very good level of English
