We are seeking you as a
HR Generalist (m/f/d) in the Düsseldorf area for direct recruitment
Your Responsibilities
● Participation in personnel planning and active support in recruitment processes
● Serving as a contact person for employees and managers on all personnel-related matters
● Drafting and processing employment contracts
● Maintaining personnel files and managing relevant data in internal systems
● Implementing individual personnel measures
● Supporting and coordinating internal assessment processes
● Conducting employee satisfaction surveys
● Developing and updating internal policies and guidelines
● Coordinating and collaborating with the company's European HR departments
● Supporting the further development and digitalization of HR processes
Experience
● Completed studies in human resources management or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience in HR
● Solid knowledge of labor, collective bargaining, social security, and tax law
● Very good language skills in German and English – both spoken and written
● Strong communication skills and confident conflict management
● Convincing and professional appearance
● High degree of personal responsibility, commitment, and initiative
● Quick comprehension as well as a structured, solution-oriented, and proactive approach
● Enjoyment of working in an international and diverse environment
● Strong team spirit and high reliability
● Confident use of MS Office applications
● Willingness to travel occasionally for business (up to approximately 10%)
