Hotel Reservations Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities:

Dealing with daily reservations emails for groups and individuals in a professional and friendly manner

Dealing with guests' complaints.

Operate all aspects of Reservations computer system, including software maintenance, report generation and analysis, and simple configuration changes.

Update all partners' extranets
Requirements:

Work Experience: At least 3 years in a similar position

Academic Qualifications: Diploma or degree in hospitality or tourism related field

Computer Knowledge: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Theova PMS preferable or other PMS

Languages: Proficiency in English (oral and written), Greek, Basic Russian will be an advantage
