Hotel Receptionist
Duties and Responsibilities:

Execute their part as per the Organizational chart.

Deal with guest check in/out and daily enquiries.

Successfully deal with customer complaints.

Address and troubleshoot problems arising in daily operation.

Ensure the sale of additional hotel services beyond accomodation (upgrades etc.)
Requirements:
Diploma related to hospitality sector will be an advantage.

2+ years of experience in a similar role

Excellent knowledge of at least one PMS system (Theova preferred)
