Hiring Pipe and Ventilation Draughtsman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Draughtsman proficient in Revit and AutoCAD to assist with the design and documentation of hydraulic and ventilation system plans across various building types, residential, industrial, and healthcare facilities.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
➡️Draft hydraulic and ventilation systems using Revit and AutoCAD
➡️Develop assembly and installation plans for various building types
➡️Collaborate with engineers and project stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy
➡️Modify existing plans based on revisions and feedback
➡️Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and MEP standards
➡️Maintain documentation and update drawing records accordingly

✔️ Detail-oriented and organized
✔️ Strong communication and collaboration skills

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲:
👉Experience with clash detection tools (e.g., Navisworks)
👉Basic understanding of electrical and structural interface coordination
👉Knowledge of BIM workflows and standards

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
✅Proven experience (3+ years) in MEP drafting with a focus on hydraulic and ventilation systems
✅Excellent proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
✅Ability to produce detailed technical drawings independently
✅Strong knowledge of building construction practices across residential, industrial, and hospital sectors
✅Experience with coordination drawings is a plus
✅Fluent in French (written and spoken) – mandatory
✅Good understanding of French/European building codes (CSTB, RE2020, etc.) is a bonus
