Your Mission
* You own and develop our DCI marketing strategy as well as cost forecasting and resource planning
* You make DCI the best known and loved education brand in Germany and beyond, resulting in double-digit growth
* You identify scalable, investment-worthy channels and further develop CRM whilst spreading the #dcilove
* You steer analytics behind all channels and campaigns
* You build, lead, coach, develop and empower our highly dynamic Marketing Team.
* You are willing to redefine organizational structures with us
Your Experience
* You have at least 4 years experience in a leading Marketing role, ideally in a startup
* You have extensive experience in performance marketing, especially in Social Media, SEA and Display and ideally content and offline marketing
* You have vast experience working for a fast-growing organization, ideally in the field of education
* You have at least 2 years experience in leading your own cross-functional team
* You have a real hands-on-attitude, an innovative mindset and are not afraid to take risks
* You have strong analytical skills and you are a strategic thinker, data-driven and result-oriented
* You are fluent in German and English
