To support our growth, we are looking for a skilled Global Technical Supporter. With base at our HQ in Odense, you will be part of a can-do culture with great focus on teamwork and quality.

Becoming our new Global Technical Supporter, you will refer to our Technical Support Director and are offered an exciting and responsible position with great opportunities to create your own stamp on the position. You will be working with cutting edge technology on a daily basis and become a part of our great technical support team.

Most important tasks:

•    Daily level 2 support for trouble shooting both on hardware and software related issues

•    Remote support

•    Document findings

•    Conduct training activities 

•    Participate in international exhibitions 

•    Between 10-15 days of travel activity per year

To succeed in this role, it is essential that you are self-motivated and know how to provide the highest level of support to our customers and service them at a professional level. 

About You 

Professional competencies

You have an engineering degree, and it would be beneficial if you have work experience in robotics and/or industrial automation or similar. Our candidate should have knowledge of PLC control, programming, and understand "computer/networking" especially WIFI knowledge would be valuable. You have a good understanding of Linux and firmware or software. It is essential that you both speak and write English on a professional level.

You are self-motivated, outgoing and thrive in an international environment. You work independently, are full of initiatives and have a great drive. Your work is based on sense of responsibility and proactiveness. You solve your tasks with enthusiasm and are organized.
