Job ID: 226631 Location: Vejle (DK), Manchester (UK), Hamburg (DE) Organization: Siemens in Denmark – Siemens Wind Power – http://www.siemens.com/windpower Mode of employment: Full time For our Construction Management Department, we are looking for a Global Head of Commercial Site Management who will be responsible for leading a team of Commercial Site Managers (CSMs). The CSMs handle all commercial and financial aspects of our construction sites during the execution of an offshore wind farm project. In this position you will report to our Commercial Head of Construction Management and you will be located at one of our offices in Vejle, Denmark, Manchester, UK or Hamburg, Germany. What are my responsibilities? Functional management of the global Commercial Site Managers team located in three hubs, Hamburg, Vejle and Manchester Improving commercial site management processes together with Global Head of Site Management Ensuring quality and accuracy in the site infrastructure cost forecasts of your team Optimization of cross regional resource planning of commercial site management Commercial support for Construction Package Managers Performing project budgeting and forecasting On-site visits What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a profound commercial or financial education combined with minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction or project management and financial execution of large-scale, preferably international, projects Ideally, you have several years of team management experience You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills You are result-oriented and a dedicated team player You thrive in an international and inter-cultural environment You are fluent in English both orally and in writing. Danish and German language skills will be seen as an advantage You are familiar with MS Office and SAP In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
