KSG Catering are currently hiring General Managers to join our teams based in North and South Dublin.

This senior role will be responsible for the continuous improvement and development of our operations on site.

This role is predominantly Monday to Friday with daytime hours and reports to the senior operational team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for focused and driven hospitality professional to further their career as part of Irelands leading catering provider.

The ideal candidate must have:

· Proven leadership skills.

· Strong multi-tasking skills.

· High level of enthusiasm and passion for food, service, and sales.

· Understanding of Health & Safety requirements and legislation.

· Knowledge of a variety of cuisines and food trends.

· Knowledge of industry trends and best practice.

· Strong operational, organising, planning & financial skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – spoken and written.
