French speaking - governing H/F (gouvernant) with housing

👉 Become the next club manager: working alongside the accommodation manager, you will ensure the cleanliness of the apartments and common areas on site. In this role, you will manage and coordinate the work of the cleaning team.

💪As the ambassador for your team, here is a glimpse of what your day-to-day work will involve:

Staff training: explaining, demonstrating and enforcing Belambra processes, in accordance with health and safety standards

Organizing the cleaning of rooms and living areas: assigning tasks, checking that instructions are followed

Planning the team's work: drawing up cleaning schedules based on departures and arrivals

Managing cleaning product stocks: communicating requirements to the catering manager and warehouse manager

Checking the laundry: ensuring deliveries comply with requirements, reporting any supply issues, distributing clean linen

Improving satisfaction: implementing action plans based on customer feedback, setting specific objectives for cleaning staff

Participating in recruitment, welcoming and supervising temporary staff

💪Ambassadeur de votre équipe, voici un avant-goût de votre quotidien :

• Formation du personnel : expliquer, montrer et faire appliquer les processus Belambra, dans le respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité
• Organisation du nettoyage des chambres et des lieux de vie : répartir les tâches, vérifier le suivi des consignes
• Planification du travail de l’équipe : élaborer les plannings de ménage en fonction des départs et des arrivées
• Gestion des stocks de produits d'entretien : communiquer les besoins au responsable restauration et au chef magasinier
• Contrôle de la blanchisserie : s’assurer de la conformité des livraisons, faire part de tout souci d’approvisionnement, distribuer le linge propre
• Amélioration de la satisfaction : mettre en place des plans d’action suite aux retours client, fixer des objectifs précis au personnel de nettoyage
• Participation aux recrutements, accueil et encadrement des intérimaires

Previous experience managing a team. Experience in the hotel industry.
