Up to €23000 per annum
The main duties for Lead Generation Agent will be:
- Responsible for the client database, making sure customer interest is built.
- Make professional outgoing calls to prospective clients.
- Be involved in research and building customer's interests in the services and products.
- Gather and record accurate client details.
- Maintain and update databases as new information is gathered.
- Follow-up calls with clients with completing and checking database information.
- Contribute to projects, process improvements and other duties.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- A business level of verbal and written French and English.
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Office package i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Excellent phone etiquette with clear and confident communication skills.
- Ability to work in a target driven environment.
- Very good computer skills.
- Have a high level of initiative and multi-tasking ability.
- A strong and flexible approach to working as a part of a team.
