Requisitos laborales
- Handling all incoming telephone and written customer concerns
- Advising and supporting customers on all aspects of the clothing range
- Contact person for orders, deliveries, returns, customer accounts and payment processing
- Checking and approving online orders
Requisitos deseables
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English additional foreign languages desirable
- Strong communication skills and first experience in customer service
- Confident handling of MS Office modules
