At Intercontinental, we are looking to recruit full time enthusiastic food and beverage server to oversee, enhance, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests. 

The F&B Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. They must be knowledgeable about the menu, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to food safety regulations.

Applicants must be Maltese/EU Nationals/other nationals who are entitled to equal treatment as EU Nationals with regards to employment due to EU legislation & treaty rights about the free movement of workers.

 

 

Requisitos laborales
  • Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly manner.
  • Taking food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Serving food and drinks while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Handling payments, cash, and credit card transactions.
  • Cleaning and setting up tables before and after service.
  • Assisting with menu recommendations and upselling items.
  • Following health and safety regulations in food handling.
  • Reporting customer feedback and issues to supervisors.
