The Gleneagle Hotel in Killarney is currently seeking an enthusiastic, guest-focused Food & Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team at Fiadh Restaurant.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with prior experience in food and beverage service who is passionate about hospitality and looking to grow their career in a progressive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent service in buffet, table, or bar settings
- Engage warmly with guests and provide local knowledge and recommendations
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to exceed guest expectations
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in food and beverage service (hotel or restaurant)
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for guest service
- Strong team player who can also take initiative when needed
- Flexible and dependable, especially during busy service periods
Working Hours:
- Full-time position with a mix of straight and split shifts
- Availability required for shifts across a 7-day rota, including weekends and holidays
