Our global responsibility cover finance processes across controlling & accounting together with the finance project portfolio. Our main mission is to develop and maintain efficient & effective standardised finance processes that bridge business needs with IT solutions. You will be based in Billund and join a team of 30 dedicated colleagues. As Finance Process Specialist, you will get an exciting opportunity to become part of a truly global organisation - which could take you travelling for up to 20 days per year. Further, you will become a valued sparring partner to IT and various business units as well as get a broad global network in the organisation by establishing yourself as the natural process and SAP go-to-person. Innovate & support finance processes and train relevant stakeholders Your main tasks include participation in various projects to implement and/or optimize finance processes and serve as a central sparring partner for relevant business areas. Further, you help develop our global ERP platform and processes considering legal, cultural and market differences. At the same time you provide process documentation, improvements and audits as well as testing and implementing new functionalities in our SAP system. This involves supporting SAP super users with processes and system upgrades, Perform monitoring and reporting in relation to compliance agenda, creating training materials and conducting training of process / SAP users as a part of the Finance Learning & Training Program. Your main challenge will be to prioritise your time and tasks in a fast-paced environment while getting familiar with a complex organisation. Further, you need to be proactive and emphasise your competences to become the natural go-to person for innovation, sparring and support. SAP experience and ready for new challenges Your educational background is not the main factor to secure this position but you probably have a background in Finance, Operations (costing) or IT. The main requirement is at least 1 year experience using SAP MM/FI/CO modules, serving as a SAP Super user, a SAP Consultant or similar. Furthermore, you have strong English language skills and know your way around Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. As a person, you are structured and able to plan and prioritise your time and projects. With your analytical mind-set and proactive approach to work, you maintain a high service level and you thrive helping our internal customers.
