We offer a challenging, exciting and rewarding key position in a highly dynamic and interesting organisation. Now we are looking for a Field Service Manager to develop our service concept.
Your mission is is to ensure customer satisfaction in service execution for both commissioning jobs and service jobs. This should be done by having Field Service Engineers and/or service providers with right competence, at the right place and at the right price. If all these three are in place we will have available service execution to reach a high customer satisfaction.
Responsibility
You will be responsible for internal resource & service provider including planning in the sense that we always can execute service and commissioning to fulfil the business plans in Nordic region. You will have a team of 20 Field Service Engineers placed in the 4 Nordic countries.
This means:
• Ensure high utilization throughout the year.
• Planning of training & development to ensure the right competence including keeping track of competence improvement and future needs.
• Define criteria to priorities service/ commissioning activities between different markets & customers.
• Define best practice and share that with other Alfa Laval organizations.
• Indirectly responsible for the service execution by the service providers.
Your profile
You probably have at least 5 years of experience from relevant markets such as for example marine business, process industry or similar. You have a couple of years experience from leading/manager position and it will be an advantage if you are used working with employees spread in difference sites/countries.
You are a positive networker and have good communication skills.You are structured , self-driven and show attitude & motivation to get a satisfied customer on both commissioning and service jobs.
You master at least one Scandinavian language as well as English.
Practicalities
You will be placed in either Copenhagen (Söborg) or Stockholm (Tumba). You will report to the Division Manager for Services and be part of the division´s management team.
