This opens the door to your future : your responsibilities

  • provide telephone and/or e-mail assistance to our customers when faced with technical problems or problems in the use of Silca machines.
  • Process each request and keep a record of them by opening an intervention ticket (requests).
  • Maintain customer machines that are returned to us for repair or overhaul at the Silca workshop.
  • provide training for our customers for Silca products in sessions held at one of the approved sites of our training organisation "Silca Academy"

  • Solid foundations in electronics and automotive electricity

  • Good communication skills
  • Team worker

Requirements

  • IT tools proficiency ( SAP, Salesforce, Office )
  • Good level of English
  • BTS Electrotechnics / BTS Computer Science / BTS Maintenance.
  • Experience in automotive key programming required (minimum 3 years)
