Your Role – Team Leader
As a Team Leader, you are responsible for coordinating and motivating a team of 3 to 5 entertainers while ensuring high-quality entertainment programs for international guests.
Your responsibilities include:
• Leading and supporting your team of 3–5 entertainers
• Planning and supervising daily activity programs
• Organizing weekly schedules and ensuring smooth operations
• Being the main contact person between campsite management and your team
• Hosting key activities and evening shows
• Supporting team members in their personal and professional growth
• Maintaining a positive, structured, and motivating work environment
You set the tone, lead by example, and ensure both guests and team members experience an unforgettable summer.

This role allows you to develop strong leadership and management skills:
• Leadership & Team Management – coordinate and motivate a small international team
• Organization & Planning – structure weekly programs and manage responsibilities
• Communication Skills – interact with guests, campsite management, and staff
• Problem Solving – handle challenges calmly and professionally
• Public Speaking & Hosting – lead meetings, tournaments, and evening entertainment
Full training and continuous support are provided. Previous experience in entertainment or leadership is highly appreciated.
By the end of the season, you will have gained valuable management experience in an international setting.

Who We’re Looking For

• Speak English (German, Dutch, or Italian are a plus)
• 18+
• EU nationals only
• Available from May to September

What We Offer
• Salary: €900–€1,400 net/month (depending on experience and responsibilities)
• Accommodation and meals included
• One day off per week
• Training weekend in Italy
• Contracts available from March to November (please specify your availability in your application)
