Entertainer in tourism

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated young people to join our teams in Croatia and become  entertainer in tourism .  No previous experience is required, and secondary school education is sufficient.

As a tourist entertainer, you will organize and lead diverse activities for guests of all ages, including sports, creative workshops, dance, games, cultural and educational activities, and evening entertainment. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English are mandatory.

We offer accommodation and three meals per day. Positions are seasonal, with a minimum work period of 2 months (ideally June 1 – September 15), and the busiest period is July – August. Work is 6 days per week with 1 day off.

We value motivation, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Additional skills such as working with children, leading sports activities, dancing, or performing are welcome and rewarded. Successful candidates will gain practical experience, improve existing skills, and have the opportunity for seasonal or year-round employment.

• Experience or interest in working with children (especially preschool age)
• Experience or certification in leading sports activities (swimming, yoga etc.)
• Dance and/or acting skills; confidence in performing on stage
• Knowledge of additional languages (German fluency is welcoming)
