• Customer facing will be a big part of the job: you are the key person to maintain positive relationships with our customers. You build partnerships with our customer’s team leaders and identify their needs.
• You are a natural organizer, which means you ensure your project team’s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
• Managing finances and budgets of your current projects is evident.
• During your day you will be communicating with your customers and your team members to coordinate delivering the best service.
• When faced with some of the more difficult challenges you will have a team of colleague service delivery managers to rely upon to help you meet those challenges. Together we deliver the DexMach added value to all customers.

• You have strong proven customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
• Working with people is something you love. There is no “I” in team, you are a real team player!
• You are pragmatic, a problem solver and you are someone who is responsible and pays attention to detail.
• Resource planning is something you master and you are a born organizer! Knowledge of cloud solutions.
• Fluency in English is a must, and you know how to express yourself in French.
• Lastly you must be authorized and eligible to work freely in the EU.
