Design Assistant - HVAC

Our Client is an important player in Belgium for the design and installation of HVAC-systems, and is looking for a Design assistant to contribute to projects with external customers located in Belgium/Europe. You will be working in Belgium (REGION GENT). Your responsibilities will be: - Analysis and design of HVAC systems - You will be part of a team, specialized in design and drawing. We will assist you during your stay in Belgium to find an apartment and other logistic needs. The offered contract is long term. You can count on a varied job, with a Belgian market leader which encourages people to work together and design. We can offer you a permanent contract. From the very beginning you can count on thorough training and intensive support. Besides, you will have a competitive salary. Before starting the job, you need to be able to communicate in Dutch Language. A language course is offered, starting at April 18th, ending 18th of June. This course is compulsory for the job. It is an intense course: 6 hours/day + projects to fulfill in the evenings. The course is given in Spain, nearby Girona. The complete course is offered for free, if you are selected. Experience: - 3 years experience. - Experience in HVAC is a must - Experience in REVIT : - REVIT MEP (Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing) or REVIT Architecture (willingness to learn MEP) Professional skills and knowledge: - Analytical skills - A strong team player who also has the ability to work independently - Languages: English, both written and spoken + Dutch (course is provided) - Willingness to work as a Spanish "autonomo", in a first period. - Providing a reference Supporting skills: - Quality oriented - Team oriented - Personal drive and commitment - Motivated & flexible - Customer oriented - Communicative
