Demi-Chef de Partie (M/F)

YOUR TASKS

  • assists the executive chef de cuisine, kitchen chef, or sous-chef
  • is responsible for preparing and arranging food for buffets, banquet events, à la carte, or    room service orders
  • performs administrative tasks as required
  • plans and organizes the work at the relevant areas
  • ensures that service runs smoothly with the kitchen team
  • ensures compliance with HACCP policies in the kitchen 

YOUR PROFILE

  • at least 2 years of work experience in the service sector
  • completed vocational training as a chef or hotel worker
  • excellent German or English skills
  • strong service and quality orientation
  • organizational and communication skills
  • a can-do attitude and a hands-on mentality
  • team player
