Customer Support Specialist with French (Canadian) and English

We are looking for customer support specialists to work for our newest client – an international company providing background checks and employment screenings, through innovative, web-based technology.
YOUR ROLE:
- Help users and clients use the platform (email, chat, and phone communication).
- Provide support with the online form, status of the application, registration to the system.
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service.
- Follow guidelines and policies; execute an organized, efficient, and structured working process.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Fluent in Canadian French and English.
- Previous experience in a customer support role will be an advantage.
- Excellent computer literacy and proficient with MS Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Very good customer orientation.
