Your responsibilities will include handling customer requests over the phone, via chat and emails to help people with accommodation related bookings. Your main role is to provide efficient, friendly and personalized service to clients.
Therefore, you need to have a good command of English and Russian (both), polite and approachable communication manner, ability to learn quickly and computer skills on user level.
