Then join us as Customer Service Director North European Region (NER) in driving and leading excellent proactive Customer Service. Your typical day will include •Drive customer service and on-time delivery in the region in close collaboration with key segments and Global Services •Be the single point of contact for roll-out and functionality updates for DBS and Segments •Drive a proactive Customer Service and deliver world-class customer service experience to the customers •Ensure processes around maintenance of customer data, system usability and data quality for SF.DC •Develop Customer Service capabilities and maintain a consistent quality control •Consistently measure, report and respond to customer service related metrics to drive customer satisfaction, first call resolution, call quality, and customer retention •Successfully develop, manage and motivate the customer service team. Conduct performance reviews of direct reports •Provide support for and identify opportunities to improve customer service performance through continuous process review and best practice evaluation What we look for •Master degree in business, marketing or similar •Bring in minimum 5 years of experience in managing and leading front line customer service teams with a proven track record in customer relationship development •Experienced user of new technologies incl. SF.DC, to maintain and improve customer relations •You have a proven track record in developing relationships with customers •Good knowledge in progress monitoring and reporting •Experience in designing, conducting on the job training and learning •Excellent English communication skills •Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels in a matrix organization •You have an analytical approach to problem solving •You have a proven track record of creating an environment where colleagues and employees can develop and excel What we can offer Robust structures, quick decision making paths and a corporate culture that encourages achievement based on trust, together with a lot of freedom to implement your own ideas is the professional environment that we are offering to you.
