Requisitos laborales
  • Previous experience in a concierge, guest relations, or similar customer-facing role in luxury hospitality.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage warmly with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive and service-oriented approach.
