Currently, we give support to ALTEN Netherlands in searching of Commissioning Engineer. 

We offer young engineering professionals an opportunity to start an international career in a high-tech environment. A Commissioning Engineer is responsible for the installation and commissioning of high-tech machinery for the semi-conductor industry in different parts of the world.

As a Commissioning Engineer you will mainly work on international assignments. During the installation and commissioning phase (4-8 weeks) you will work at the customer’s premises (US and South East Asia). You will start by performing the installation of the equipment, followed by the commissioning phase during which your main activities will be testing and calibrating the machinery.

In between your customers´ trips you will be stationed at the company´s HQ in Veldhoven (the Netherlands) for testing and qualifying machinery that will be installed on site in the near future. You will also attend training sessions during these periods.

What do we expect from you?

You have a Master Degree in Engineering (mechanical, industrial, electrical, mechatronics i.e.). You have excellent command of English. You have strong analytical skills, you can work independently and in a structured manner, you are very flexible and capable of working in a stressful environment. And most of all, you are willing to travel a great part of your working time.

This position is open for starters, but experienced candidates (up to 5 years) are also invited to respond.
