Chef/Demi Chef
Wehotels Group is looking for a second Chef and two Demi Chefs. Work objectives: • Supply of all food products • Manage the culinary production and its conservation • Apply hygiene standards • Respond to customer satisfaction Responsibilities and key tasks: • Manage and animate the team of employees • To guarantee the constant quality of the products manufactured • Apply health and safety rules and procedures • Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and its parts • Broadcast communications from the leader to the team • Communicate your product requirements for orders to your hierarchy. We require approved industry experience. These are seasonal and fixed-term contracts. Possible board and lodging inside the Hotel.
