In.tur. srl, a company operating in the world of Villasimius hotels for almost 30 years, selects for one of its hotels for the 2024 summer season from May to October:

Chef de rang

The main duties of the chef de rang are:

  • take care of the mise-en-place
  • welcome guests at the entrance and accompany them to the table: they are asked to know the names and surnames of the guests, their table and the allergies/needs communicated at the time of booking;
  • offer customers an excellent service, anticipating their needs and desires (from their favorite table to the off-menu items they generally order);
  • bring the menu card to the table, recommending dishes and preferences and answering diners' questions;
  • take orders;
  • present and bring to the table dishes that require special preparation in the dining room;
  • deal with portioning, cutting and flaming;
  • check that the standards imposed by the Management are respected, in terms of
  • customer service and cleanliness.
Requisitos laborales

Mastery of Italian, English and possibly German or French
Knowledge of the types of food preparation
Knowledge of wine service
Previous experience in top level restaurants
Resistance to stress and fatigue
Strong orientation towards customer service and teamwork
Professionalism and seriousness.

Requisitos deseables

Love for team work.

 

Place of work: Villasimius.

We highly recommend having a car to be able to move easily and independently outside the hotel.
