We are looking for a chef de partie for our restaurant during the summer season.
The person has to work with a team of other chefs de partie and a sous chef. The working hrs in the summer are from 10 am until 2:00 pm and from 6 pm until 11 pm from Tuesday until Saturday. Sunday is from 10 to 3 pm. Sunday evening and Monday are off.
Teamwork is important. Before the technical skills we require that the person knows how to work together with other collegues: respect of the people you work with, as well as to the employers is essential.
Our restaurant has a long history of research for quality in the local products we use in our cuisine; curiosity would be a quality very much appreciated.
We are looking for a cook who has at least a little experience (2-3 years) as a commis cook in the restaurant business. We will do some on-site training in order to show our cuisine and company philosophy and mission.
We provide full accommodation inside the hotel, plus meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), including on days off.
Would be appreciated if the candidate has knowledge of basic Italian language. English is mandatory.
Also, it would be nice if the candidate knows at least a little Italian and Mediterranean cuisine
Driving licence is not required, but the permit would be helpful since we also have company vans we work with.
Full accommodation in the hotel, we provide sheets, towels ect.
Meals from breakfast to dinner every day, including days off.
Use of the company's washing machine.
Use of the swimming pool during the breaks.
