About the job:
We have 5 restaurants in the Copenhagen and 2 canteens.
– Culinary Excellence: You will be responsible for preparing and executing dishes that reflect the identity and vision of your restaurant, whether that is modern Nordic cuisine, classic bistro fare, or refined seasonal menus.
– Daily Kitchen Operations: From mise en place to service execution, you will ensure that each day runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with our high standards.
– Team Collaboration: You will work closely with your kitchen team, supporting training, mentoring, and fostering a positive environment where teamwork and respect come first.
– Guest Experience: Although much of your work takes place behind the scenes, your impact will be felt by every guest who enjoys our food. Your craftsmanship contributes directly to creating unforgettable dining experiences.
Your profile:
– You are a trained chef or have equivalent experience.
– You are appreciative, inclusive, and able to maintain an overview – even during busy service.
– You work in a structured manner and plan your tasks efficiently.
– You have a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
– You are curious about food and place great emphasis on flavour and quality.
– You speak English.
– You have the legal right to work in Denmark.
– You speak and understand English at a professional working level.
