• Ensuring daily operations in accordance with internal procurement guidelines and processes
• Supplier management
• Processing orders using specified management tools
• Deadline monitoring and management
• Complaints handling
• Creating evaluations and monitoring specified KPIs
• Collaboration with global and regional category managers
• Master data management
• Interface to internal departments

• Completed commercial training or a completed business studies degree with a focus on purchasing, or comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in international, operational purchasing
• Confident MS Office and SAP knowledge
• Good knowledge of German, French and English
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and good communication skills
• Structured, independent and self-responsible work
